Becca McLeish is a maker, creative director and writer based in Hertfordshire. She works with bronze, clay, stone and found objects, creating raw, one-of-one pieces that carry the marks of the hand that made them. Her path here was anything but linear. Two decades raising a family were followed by a highly successful career in cognitive hypnotherapy and somatic coaching, working with brands like No. 7, she spent years exploring how meaning, memory and identity take shape in women’s lives.

During the year her father was ill, she began making things by hand, and his parting words, not to leave it too late, became the catalyst for a fully creative life. That work now lives in ‘The Liminal’, a growing collection of objects for the woman you’re becoming, rooted in the belief that power isn’t just found in an object, but placed there by the meaning given to it.
